MEETING REQUIREMENTS

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE PREMISES IF YOU, OR SOMEONE YOU HAVE BEEN IN RECENT CONTACT WITH, HAVE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS SUCH AS COUGH, FEVER, LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL, BREATHING DIFFICULTIES, SICKNESS OR DIARRHOEA.

IF YOU OR A MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD IS DIAGNOSED WITH COVID-19 WITHIN 21 DAYS OF YOUR VISIT TO THE BUILDING, PLEASE INFORM PASTOR DAVE COOK IMMEDIATELY.

Please be aware that the wearing of a face mask is mandatory at all times in the building, unless you have a valid exemption.

As seating is limited, Pre-Booking to attend meetings is essential. Please book your place by calling 07843924986 or email  capnewlife@gmail.com

Upon entering and leaving the building, Track and Trace information will be taken. This is in accordance with current government guidelines. The information will be kept for 21 days and then destroyed.

Please use the hand sanitiser provided before entering the main hall.

Please proceed to your seat immediately and remain seated throughout the meeting, maintaining the required 2metre distancing.

Please remain seated at the end of the meeting until you are advised that it is safe to leave.

Please clear the foyer and outside space as quickly as possible.

Please only bring the minimum personal items with you and only touch your belongings. You will need to make sure that you take all of your belongings (including any waste material) with you.

Singing, chanting or shouting is not permitted due to the risk of airborne infection.

There will be no “roving microphone” available. Only the meeting leader will have a microphone.

It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that their children comply with these requirements.

Please note that refreshments will not be provided. If you require refreshments, please provide for your own personal use and do not share with any other persons. Ensure that any waste is removed from the building when you leave.

Toilet facilities will only be available by using Refresh disabled / ladies toilet. There will be no access to Refresh from within the main building. You will be required to be escorted by a key holder, leave the building by the foyer door, and enter Refresh from the external door. Please use the hand sanitiser provided before entering the toilet. Please note the cleaning instructions on the door surfaces. It is your responsibility to clean the toilet after use. Access back into the meeting area will be through the foyer, using the hand sanitiser before entering the main hall.

We hope that this will not arise, but if a visitor to the church fails to comply with these requirements, he / she will be asked to leave as we have a responsibility to protect the other users of the building.

Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us. Please help us to protect you and other users of the building by following these requirements.
